On April 8, 2026, community members, neighbours, and local leaders joined the HART Hub HPE team for an Open House and a first look inside the purpose‑built facility. Visitors toured the space, met staff, and learned how the new location strengthens integrated care across the region.
On April 9, 2026, The Bridge officially opened at its new location, beginning service delivery in a space intentionally designed to support more effective, person‑centred care for the people we serve.
